Hours at these spots often run into the evening, later than a typical coffee shop, and many stay open on weekends when demand is highest in Lancaster. Seasonal and limited-time drink or dessert flavors are common, so a shop's current menu can differ from what is posted online; checking recent photos or calling ahead helps. Some locations in Pennsylvania are dessert-only with no seating, meant for takeout, while others have cafe-style seating for staying a while. Straws for bubble tea are typically wide to accommodate the toppings, and are provided automatically unless you ask for a regular one. Loyalty apps and stamp cards are common at chain locations, and ordering ahead through an app can shorten a wait considerably at busy locations during peak after-school and after-dinner hours.

Lancaster is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lancaster follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great KFT! I tried their rocket pop punch and it is amazing. My bestie had the mango matcha and lychee punch and she loved it! I will order again.

This is one of the best places to get tea, they use lactose free milk so itβs enjoyable for all.. the family is there every day, theyβre nice, but most of all Kung Fu Tea (it is a national chain) uses high quality teas from oolong, jasmine green, matcha (the jasmine green is the best) and fruits with real fruit, quality toppings, boba, aloe, grass jelly, clouds, cheese foam, ext. An upside..the onigiri style rice balls, takoyaki snacks, and most of all the grab machine!!!

Me and kids order cocoa cream wow and no flavor at all. It just taste like just milk. Not even sweet AT ALL. Super disappointed. Not coming back. I usually go to the one in York but this place isnβt good at all. Whoever make this ours needs to learn how to make drink better.

Kung Fu Tea is great! I've been there handful of times with my friends and family, and the service has always been quick! The people there are kind and respectful, the orders always come out fast, and everything tastes great! It's kind-of cozy inside, so I'd definitely recommend coming here for a quick sip of boba or a small meal.

This place is so neat! The inside is so modern and interesting with a decent amount of open space, and there's so much variety on the menu. And they even have a few appetizer items! I got the red bean matcha slush - very good and unique. Definitely recommend it. There's so much on the menu that I want to try so I'll definitely be back!
